Let me tell you a bit more about me and my journey...
Since my teens, I've enjoyed meditating and exploring the spiritual path. Basically anything involving gem stones, incense and pretty journals.
I've spent a lot- and I mean a lot- of time developing inner happiness and exploring this weird and wonderful mind of mine. I'm fascinated with how us humans develop habits and the thoughts we tell ourselves that then create hard-wired beliefs over time.
Now don't get me wrong, my past has been a-m-a-z-i-n-g at making me who I am today, and I'm super proud of that.
But it wasn't until a few years ago when I set myself a goal to totally transform my physical body that I experienced something I've never experienced before.
My inner happiness and sense of fulfillment skyrocketed. I felt empowered and a level of self-confidence that I'd never had before. Not even with all the years of meditating.
I can't say 100% why this happened, but here's what I now believe:
Something magical happens when you set yourself a goal to achieve something, and you go after it with everything you've got, no matter what, and you end up proving to yourself that you CAN do it and you DID do it!
I'm in!! What do I do next?
